The company ethos is based on respect for everyone we deal with from tradesmen to customers. We understand the importance of listening to your needs and providing a quality home that gives great value. We care how we build our homes and we care what our customers say. We will continue to challenge the conventional building methods to produce homes that are strong, warm and economical to live in.

We also care about the communities we live in and we encompass a variety of tenure to include shared ownership and privately owned properties. We do this because we strongly believe a cross section of the community living together from a diversity of backgrounds will lead to a more inclusive, vibrant and sustainable village.

We know the importance of quality landscaping and continue to invest heavily in this, and we know the importance of integrated parks where children can play safely.

We are proud to support the local economy by trading with local business and sourcing materials made in Orkney wherever possible. By employing local people we have assembled a group of highly dedicated and respected team members that continue to add strength and vitality to the communities in which they live.
