It's simple to secure a new home:

A £1000 non-returnable reservation fee can secure your new home followed by a £4,000 deposit when the contract to purchase is exchanged. 

The reservation lasts for 8 weeks and a contract must be exchanged within this timeframe.

There is also £60 annual landscaping fee to help maintain the park and landscaped areas adjacent to the development, with a £200 floating charge payable on handover. This floating charge is returnable so long as monthly payments are maintained. 

There are no other charges or fees.
